To be eligible for the Live Event, purchase over $2000 (post discount code) in a single order to join our Live Participation Workshop Service. You can gather multiple friends to combine their orders in a single order to meet the $2000 requirement. Alternative you can order solid gold items to hit the $2000 requirement easily. 

Only Items from the "Live Participation Workshop Ashes Selected Items Collection" are able to be made in your presence as other items require labour and time-intensive multi-stage casting to achieve their intricate designs. The Live Event Service is only applicable for Singapore customers. Venue must be provided by with sufficient tables and chairs for all participant to make the jewellery.

Live Event Ashes Requirements

ONE teaspoon of ashes per item.

Terms and conditions

• Bookings are to be made at least 2 weeks in advance in order for us to make sufficient preparation. Last minute bookings are not accepted.
• Event date, time and venue given will be reconfirmed via phone call. Bookings are subject to availability as multiple customers may have events on the same date and time.
• Solid gold items require a 3 month lead time for the hardware to be manufactured. Alternatively, you can complete the ashes component during the Live Event and we subsequently send you the gold hardware upon completion (this possibility is depending on design).
• Customers are required to assemble your ashes inclusion component and hardware yourselves. In the event of hardware damage during assembly, please contact us and we will remake the hardware and sell it to you at cost price.
