Each keepsake you order is handcrafted from scratch with your inclusions and is a labour of love. We are always thankful for your love, patience and support! :)
1) Make your purchase online at www.keepsakebyryo.com. A first confirmation email with your order number will be sent to you via email. You can find instructions on how to mail in your inclusions in the email.
For Breastmilk:
20ml of Breast Milk is required per item. If you are ordering multiple items, you can send your milk in one milk bag. There is no need to separate them into bags of 20ml.
For Hair:
Place a lock of hair (20-30 strands depending on hair thickness, approximately 2-3cm preferred) in an envelope. Kindly remember to label your inclusions.
For Cord:
You may send in your baby's whole umbilical cord. We will return any excess to you with your completed order.
2) Send in your inclusions to us.
2.1. By Mail
Place your inclusions in double milk bags to prevent leakage and put them in an envelope. Please ensure that your envelope is labelled clearly with your order number and personal details using waterproof ink. Also ensure that you have put sufficient stamps if you are sending via normal mail. We strongly suggest using registered mail for your inclusions. Our address is not a PO box, however only regular mail and registered mail is accepted no courier service is possible. This applies for both Singapore and International customers.

2.2. Drop Off
*Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are ceasing drop-off services till further notice.
You can choose to drop off your inclusions. Please drop us a message on Facebook or Instagram to acquire the location and to arrange a date, time before coming down. Kindly label them clearly with your NAME, ORDER NUMBER & CONTACT INFO before depositing your inclusions with us.
2.3. Inclusion Collection Service

3) After we receive your inclusions, you will be alerted with a second confirmation email. If you do not receive this email 2 weeks after sending in your inclusions, please write in to us before undertaking further action as we may have received your inclusions but was not able to identify them as you may have forgotten to write your order number.

4) The waiting period for your jewellery can range anytime between 2 - 14 weeks, depending on the quality of your first cast. Pieces with severe defects will be recasted before being dispatched to you.

5) When your package is ready and dispatched, you will receive a third confirmation email containing a tracking number for your parcel. All packages are dispatched using Singpost Smartpac for local orders, and Speedpost International for International orders. All packages sent out can be tracked online here.
