We thank you for your continued support, patience and understanding as we work hard to converge back to our original work schedules and timelines. We've done everything we can to minimize the delays in your orders (especially those placed in December 2019 & January 2020 that really bore the brunt of the Covid-related delays brought about by severe logistical delays due to the massive reduction in international flights), and we are happy to let you know that bulk of the affected orders have already been dispatched. We will be expecting the last of the affected incoming shipment of hardware next week, and we will be working as fast as we can to dispatch the remaining affected orders.

Dear Mummies,
If we have received your inclusions on or before 9th March 2020, all casting work has been completed on our end. Our material suppliers from the USA, UK, Japan and HK have also worked tirelessly over the last few months to finish our custom made hardwares. However, due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, our incoming shipments of hardware that were due to arrive in March 2020 are all stuck in the Bermuda Triangle of international logistic warehouses. Affected by tighter border controls and government measures rolled out to contain the Coronavirus pandemic, all inbound parcels have been delayed. We are seeking alternative logistical solutions to prevent similar delays in the coming months.
We will be using all our local resources to complete and dispatch as many orders as we can by 5th April 2020. If you do not receive an email with your parcel's tracking number, we seek your kind patience and understanding. We are managing this situation as best as we can, and as soon as our incoming shipments of hardware come in, we will complete and dispatch your orders as fast as we can!
As a small family business, it is tough for us to survive this recession. Despite that, all of us at Keepsake by Ryo are passionate about the work that we do, and we will strive to survive this period. We will do to the best of our abilities to complete and dispatch your orders within our expected waiting period of 4-14 weeks upon the receipt of your inclusions. It is with your support, trust and patience that we are confident to survive this recession. Over the past half decade we are able to better the quality of our services, products and reduce waiting times over the years. Every piece of keepsake jewellery is made with lots of time and love (and literally blood, sweat, tears haha), we are really really grateful for all your support all these years! From the bottom of our heart thank you very much.
