Our standard waiting period ranges from 6 to 16 weeks depending on the complexity of your order. 95% of all orders are completed on time (6 - 16 weeks). All completed orders will be sent out. Please understand that as every item is handmade, in the unforeseen circumstance that your order does not pass QC for dispatch, we will need more time to work on it before it can be dispatched on the following dispatch date.
