Smartpac Inclusion Collection Service (Singapore Only)

Worried about a possible inclusion mix-up? Feeling unsure if your inclusions will reach us? No time to visit the post office to send in your inclusions?
 
Fear not, you can now choose our Inclusion Collection Service, applicable for all Local (Singapore) Customers. A Smartpac will be sent to your address* which consists of our system generated order form to ensure absolutely no chance of inclusion mix-up.
 
We didn't lie when we say that we invest heavily in our IT system. The order form generated by our comprehensive IT system will reflect the item(s) you purchase, your order number, your personal details and many other information to provide a multiple level cross referencing check ensuring that there is absolutely zero chance of a mix up.
 
Smartpac is a pre-paid trackable postal service provided by Singapore biggest postal service provider, Singpost. Now you can rest easy with a peace of mind that your inclusions will reach us fresh, with no chance of mix up and with no worry of lost mail. Anytime you are feeling worried, simply track your inclusion package at www.singpost.com.

We dispatch Smartpacs every Tuesday, hence you may need to wait 3-4 working days after the dispatch of your Smartpac for it to reach you.

* Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before checkout. Keepsake by Ryo is not responsible for Smartpacs not received due to incorrectly input addresses, and no refunds will be made in this event. This service is not applicable for any promotions and/ or discounts.

HOW TO USE SMARTPAC:

Step 1: Upon receiving your Smartpac, place your inclusions in a waterproof bag (e.g. milkbag/ ziplock) before placing it in the Smartpac. Please do not remove your printed order form that is inside the Smartpac.

Step 2: Seal your package and drop your SmartPac off at any SingPost post box or post office. All Smartpacs will be labelled with Keepsake by Ryo's delivery address. No stamps are required, postage is pre-paid.

Step 3: Singpost will deliver your SmartPac to our doorstep. If unsuccessful, the postman will deliver your package to our letterbox instead.

Step 4: Should you want to track your parcel, you may do so at  www.singpost.com or using the SingPost mobile app.
